Rye is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rye follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

So good!! This place is absolutely amazing. We got the pho, beef stew, and pork chop with rice and everything tasted amazing. Lynn, the owner is passionate about what she does and you can truly taste that everything is made from scratch. 10/10

In the area, I was seeking a great meal & found Saigon Table! First time visit, upon walking in, immediately realized this will be delicious! While dining I met Lynn, the owner. I mentioned the cha gio did not show lettuce & fresh herbs in the photo. She explained that most customers don’t eat it so they stopped including it… but rest assured they will include it upon request. The chicken cabbage salad was really delicious as was the shaking beef salad. The grilled chicken wings were unique & tasty too. Every good Vietnamese meal includes an iced coffee. They did well, it was slightly less sweet than others I’ve had, but really was good! This gem will be 2 years old May 25th, so head over & enjoy some authentic flavors of this wonderful find!

It’s hard to find good Vietnamese food in Westchester and this was beyond my expectations. Saigon Table serves authentic Vietnamese food with quality ingredients. I tried the summer rolls, chicken banh hoi and bun mi chicken sandwich and everything was perfect seasoned/marinated. The chicken sandwich was juicy, marinated perfectly and had so much flavor. Everything was so delicious. The staff were amazing and service was fantastic. Lynn, the owner, is a delight. We will definitely be coming back.

I consider myself a snob when it comes to Vietnamese food. I've experienced it in Paris, Manhattan, and Vietnam. Saigon Table serves truly authentic food, using high quality ingredients. I tried the tamarind pork ribs which were pull-off-the-bone delicious. Not too sweet and perfectly marinated and grilled fresh (they don't reheat or microwave here). The chicken skewers were amazing on white rice. And the Vietnamese beef stew was tender in a home made broth made from real bones for several hours. Be sure to ask for their home made spicy sauce for a little kick. Lynn, the owner, is a delight who remembers the names of her regulars. Although I don't live in the neighborhood, this restaurant very well may become a destination restaurant for me.

I have been to Saigon Table twice. Once with the whole family. We all enjoyed it and they are very safe for people with Celiac. That night I met the owner Lynn N Lee. She talked about wanting to bring high quality Vietnamese food to this side of Westchester. Everything is made from scratch, including a beef broth slowly made from Pat Lafrieda bones. Her sauces are unique and delicious. My husband loved his Pho. The kids had delicious chicken and beef skewers and some rice noodles. She uses GF soy sauce and a great GF fish sauce as well. I returned last night with a friend whose husband is a chef and she also loved it. I recommended the chicken soup because I had once picked it up for my mom and was blown away by the layered depth of flavor of the broth. The place is simple and casual, yet thoughtfully designed. The service is warm and friendly, but be patient as they tend to receive a lot of take out orders and everyone knows that this is sometimes hard to balance. I could eat the beef skewers every day. They are cooked perfectly medium rare and the marinade is insane. From Westchester Foodies on FB
